NASA Upcoming Missions

The US space agency NASA was established in 1 October 1958. In 1969, NASA launched the first mission in which the first humans went to the moon. So far NASA has executed more than 200 missions. Now, let's talk about some big and important missions to be dropped by NASA in the coming years.

1. Europa Clipper

This mission will be launched in 2020. Its purpose is to find a planet where life is possible. The purpose of this mission is to seek life on the europa satellite of jupiter. Which will show that life is possible in any planet other than Earth. Recently scientists have come to know that the sea is present below the crust of europa. That is why the scientist is eager to know whether this sea is compatible with the origin of life. To find out this information, the Clipper will cycle around Europa at least 40 to 45 times. And will collect every little information.

2. JUICE Mission

The European Space Agency will head Jupiter   Icy  Moons  Explorer   (JUICE)
mission. And NASA will help Europe in this mission. This mission will be launched in 2022. Its main purpose is to gather information about Europa, Callisto and Ganymede, the major satellites of jupiter. Scientists want to know about the composition atmosphere and construction of these three satellites. In addition, scientists are also looking for life on these satellites. This mission will take 7.5 years to reach its destination after launch.

3. Mars 2020 Rover Mission

NASA will launch this mission in March 2020. Its main purpose is to gather the smallest details about Mars, so that we can prepare ourselves to face every possible situation on Mars before the human mission. It will be as big as a car in size. And will collect data while walking on the surface of Mars. This rover is designed to do a lot of work simultaneously. It will run from the battery and be insulated. It will have all that capacity So that it can do its work very easily.

4.Euclid Telescope

Eclipse was a mission of the European agency. Which was joined by NASA in 2013. This mission will be launched in 2020. Its purpose is to gather information about dark energy and dark metal. Dark energy is a mysterious energy that causes the universe to spread. About 68% of the universe is made up of dark energy. But the scientist has not been able to get much information about it. If we talk about dark metal, 27% of the universe is made of it. After the telescope launch, it will find out what the universe is made of and how it is made.

5. Psyche Mission

The vehicle will be launched in 2022 on an asteroid called Psyche. This psyche is present between Mars and the Jupiter orbit. This asteroid is very different from an ordinary asteroid. It is composed of nickel and iron. That is why scientists believe that it is part of any planet in the solar system. Which may have been separated from it in the early days of the solar system. If the scientists were right, then it would be easy for us to know what is in the core of the earth. And we will also know how the solar system was formed.
Work on all these amazing missions of NASA is still going on. It remains to be seen how well NASA fulfills its mission.
